We usually process orders within a maximum of 2 business days; however, sometimes uncontrollable issues like carrier problems or factory delays may occur, so the maximum timeframe is 7 business days.

We ask for TOTAL ATTENTION TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS to ensure it is made within the established timeframe. Note that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the site, as the product will have already been prepared for shipping within this period.
